Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping at storelook.pk. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for most locations across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon delivery to avoid any inconvenience with the courier agent.

5. Damages

storelook.pk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to addresses within Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at this time.
